Call Center Representative

We are seeking applicants with exceptional customer service skills to assist our members in our telephone contact center. Call Center Representatives assist our members with a wide variety of transactions, perform account research for members and other departments, resolve complaints and service issues effectively, and cross-sell products and services to members.
- Call center and/or extensive customer service experience required
- Previous bank or credit union experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An outstanding attendance record
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate PC and typing skills
- Professional and team oriented attitude
