Excellence in the following areas: OSI core systems, networking, database administration, telecommunications and other areas of technology relating to Best Practices in credit unions. Strong competencies in: planning and organizing, achieving goals, influencing and motivating, initiating activity, creativity and innovation as well as teambuilding.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and several years of managing technology teams in financial services industry.
- Vendor management and regulatory experience in credit unions industry
- Data security, Recovery and ATM experience a must.
- Credit union technology management experience with a team of 5 or more members
Prefer B.A. or B.S. or Masters in business or technology field OR strong equivalent certifications in relevant technology with demonstrated success in technology in credit unions or similar financial institutions.
