Virtual Member Service Representatives


Do you feel you perform best when working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills?  If you have previous financial institution and customer service experience, you’ll be interested in joining Rivermark Community Credit Union’s team of Virtual Member Service Representatives in our Call Center.

Our Virtual Member Services Reps process a variety of member transactions, answer questions and resolve problems via a variety of remote delivery channels (phone, email, Live Chat).  Your day may include troubleshooting an online banking problem, offering financial products and services or helping a member whose Visa card has been stolen, all while providing exceptional member service.

We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, a flair for sales and general personal computer abilities (to include the use of online banking products), who thrive in a multi-task environment.  Some positions also require 1-2 years help desk experience and technical trouble-shooting skills.  Call center experience preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
