Red Canoe Credit Union, a $600 million dollar credit union, is seeking a full time Assistant Branch Manager for our Federal Way Branch. Position is responsible for assisting Branch Manager with supervising/coaching branch employees, assists with security measures which include opening and closing the branch as needed and other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, all loan and operational functions within the branch. Support the Branch Manager with business development and membership growth efforts and activities. This position must be supportive of the credit unions sales culture to meet member needs.
Qualified candidates should have 3+ years financial institution experience (credit union preferred), 6+ months interviewing experience, loan underwriting authority II, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, posses a competitiveness to make loans, and be able to make sounds decisions confidently.
