Your day may start by monitoring our desktop support queue and providing technical support to our end users and end after setting up a work station, laptop or printer. This position also troubleshoots and corrects desktop software and hardware issues, among other varied duties.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with technical troubleshooting skills that enjoys working with people and computers. The ideal candidate will be able to set up computer work stations, laptops, printers and other peripheral devices. You must be proficient in current Microsoft desktop operating systems and familiar with general networking of Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers. The ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate with individuals of varying degrees of technical understanding a must. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and/or A+ certifications a plus, but not required.
