Northwest Community Credit Union (NWCU) has served diverse Oregon regions since 1949. The credit union has a complete range of consumer and business banking services with roughly 70,000 members. We have 16 branch offices with over $700 million in member-owned assets based out of the Eugene/Springfield area.
NWCU is seeking a full time Branch Manager to promote the Credit Union philosophy and objectives while overseeing our Cottage Grove market. Position provides overall guidance of personnel activities, represents the Credit Union and provides leadership in key community events, and is responsible for increasing market share by managing a sales and service culture and coordinating business development.
Qualified candidates must have at least four years progressively responsible management experience within a financial organization, experience managing a facility and the ability to deal effectively with employee and member relations matters. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.
