Member Service Center Consultant (Call Center)

Prevail Credit Union currently has an opening for a full-time Member Service Consultant in our Call Center located at our downtown Seattle Main Branch. Qualified candidates will have previous call center experience along with excellent customer service skills. Experience is a financial institution a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Receives member telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner
- Open new accounts including savings, checking, money markets, etc
- Must have a thorough knowledge of loan products, products, processes and regulations
- Provides general information to members on Credit Union policies, procedures and programs
- Cross sell credit union products and services
- Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage
