Based out of the Eugene/ Springfield area, the credit union has a complete range of consumer and business banking services with roughly 70,000 members. We have 16 branch offices with over $700 million in member-owned assets.
NWCU is seeking a full time Compliance/ Risk Manager at our Gateway Headquarters in Springfield.
This position manages the credit union’s overall compliance program to meet all applicable state and federal law and regulation. This position is responsible for coordinating the credit union’s overall compliance with applicable rules, regulations and statutory requirements, through development and implementation of a Compliance Program.
Qualified candidates must have thorough working knowledge of all standard banking law and regulations, strong communication and technical writing skills and project management and negotiation skills. Three years successful performance in a compliance management position within a financial organization and Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
