The Board of Directors of Idadiv Credit Union (CU) is looking for a CEO/President to manage this progressive, fiscally sound, $42 million cooperative financial institution consisting of five branch offices, beginning May 1, 2012.

The Board seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial executive to oversee and manage all aspects of operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in the credit union (or comparable) industry and at least 10 years financial management services experience.

Idadiv CU is a progressive, member-oriented credit union with its headquarters located in the heart of the intermountain region in Nampa, Idaho. We are seeking someone who will live the credit union philosophy of “service first” while providing strategic leadership and tactical guidance.

This person will have critical and significant business and operational decision-making responsibility; will work closely with the board of directors, staff, members, and local community; and will understand and embrace the intermountain culture. He/she will oversee all credit union operations, including strategic planning, lending, financial management, marketing, member service, and general operations using a collaborative leadership style.

The successful candidate will provide a blend of leadership, vision, and analytic abilities to develop and implement a progressive direction while delivering excellent member service. He/she must have the ability to identify future growth opportunities for the credit union in a competitive financial market. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of credit union philosophy, and demonstrate the ability to work with a responsible Board of Directors and a dedicated, educated, management team, in order to execute strategic initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written skills as well as demonstrated strong effective leadership and interpersonal abilities are required for this position, as well as the minimum of a baccalaureate college degree (Business Management or Finance majors preferred.)
