  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting with 5 or more years of accounting experience and related supervisory experience preferably in a financial institution environment.
  • Knowledge of GAAP for financial institutions and regulatory environment issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.
  • Responsible for managing and day to day operations of the accounting department.
  • The ability to exercise judgment, initiative and discretion while completing tasks.
