Empower the Movement by Joining the NWCUA Speakers Bureau

As the Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) prepares to launch a speakers bureau, it is reaching out to a number of audiences—particularly the leaders and professionals from its member credit unions—to find experts in their fields who can share their knowledge and expertise with others in the credit union movement.

The Speakers Bureau will serve as a comprehensive resource for NWCUA member credit unions interested in learning more about regulatory issues, fraud threats and more effective business strategies. Ultimately, the Speakers Bureau will catalogue speakers by topic and program while providing contact information.

But according to Kasey Rockwell, the NWCUA’s director of outreach programs, the bureau will need large pool of engaging, knowledgeable speakers in order to be a successful resource.

The NWCUA is encouraging any interested participants to fill out the speaker profile form on its website as soon as possible—and to pass the form along to friends and colleagues.

Knowledge is power, and this is the opportunity to share yours for the benefit of the credit union movement.
