Social media users who follow the Washington Credit Union League’s Twitter feed @waleague have an opportunity to win a free, full registration to the 2010 Washington Credit Union League Convention, Sept. 14-17 in SeaTac.
The prize is valued at $285 and will place the winner in the middle of the Washington state credit union movement’s premiere annual education and social event. You’ll have the opportunity to network with industry leaders and reconnect with longtime friends.
If you’re on Twitter and not already following the Washington Credit Union League’s feed @waleague, consider doing so today. For those who have yet to engage on Twitter, the free convention registration would certainly make it worth your time. It’s easy and free to sign up and follow.

To enter the contest for the free convention registration, follow @waleague and send the League a direct message through the Twitter interface between June 1 and August 1, 2010. We’ll draw a name on August 2 and notify the winner via Twitter.

2010 Evolve & Emerge Twitter Contest Rules
The 2010 Evolve & Emerge Twitter Contest is sponsored by the Washington Credit Union League headquartered at 33301 9th Ave South, Suite 200, Federal Way, Washington, 98003.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
Participants in the contest may enter by following @waleague on Twitter and sending us a direct message through Twitter between the dates of June 1 and August 1. The League will only accept one entry per person. Direct messages received after August 1 will not be eligible.
The winner of the 2010 Evolve & Emerge Twitter Contest will receive a complimentary registration to the League’s 2010 convention valued at $285. Cash will not be awarded instead of a registration, however the winner may choose to substitute another participant to attend the convention.
Odds of winning the contest depend upon the number of entries.
Winners of the 2010 Evolve & Emerge Twitter Contest will be chosen on Monday, August 2, 2010. The winner will be randomly chosen from all entrants who are following the @waleague Twitter stream and sent a direct message through Twitter to the League during the contest time period. Winners will be contacted through Twitter and other means if the League has the entrant’s contact information. If the winner fails to respond within seven days, the first winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen until the League is able to confirm a contest winner.
The award winner agrees to allow the League to use their name to publicize the outcome of the contest.

The award winner may be responsible for applicable state or federal taxes on the value of the contest prize.
