About the Presenter
Cathy Pettis is Senior Vice President of the Illinois Credit Union System Service Corporation. In her current capacity, she is responsible for new product and service development, market growth, existing product operations, implementations and customer service. Product areas include EFT-ATM, debit, pre-paid gift cards and pre-paid debit cards, credit card products and card enhancements, collections and other areas.
