Risk Management for Credit Unions

Presented by Don Thompson - Consultant for Allied Solutions LLC
Don has been active in risk management for credit unions since 1983. Most of that time has been spent providing on-site assistance to credit unions. This includes evaluation of physical and electronic security, policies and procedures for all areas of credit union operations and investigation of internal dishonesty situations. Don developed the bondability underwriting program at CUNA Mutual Group, which reviewed and addressed all employee dishonesty situations. In addition, he developed the bondability verification service.

Don is semi-retired and performing risk management consulting services for Allied Solutions LLC.
