Welcome to the 2017 Service Provider Exhibitor Site for the Northwest Credit Union Association’s annual MAXX Trade Show. The site is designed to help you make the best advertising and sponsorship selections for your company. Gaining brand recognition and leveraging your connections is essential at a venue like this.

Held in conjunction with the Northwest Credit Union Association’s MAXX Convention and Annual Business Meeting, the Trade Show is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to the decision-makers of the credit unions in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. They will have the opportunity to meet YOU, while shopping and exploring the wide range of products and services that support their day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.

Registration Information

Before You Register:

  1. Make sure that you have signed up for a user account on the NWCUA website.
  2. Review this page for complete details of the 2017 MAXX Trade Show and to determine what registration options are right for you. Things have changed since last year, so please makes sure you review.
  3. Take a look at the Live Floor Plan to find the booth location that is right for you.

Registration Steps:

  1. If you know of a sponsorship opportunity you are interested in procuring, or would like a list of great sponsorship opportunities, contact Erin Bennett at ebennett@nwcua.org and let her know which sponsorship you’d like to purchase.
  2. Click the Register Now button at the top of the page to purchase your booth.
    1. If you don’t know who’s name will be on the badges yet—put TBD and contact Erin Bennett at ebennett@nwcua.org when you have the contact’s info for the badge.
  3. Register your company representatives, and see who else has registered as well.
  4. Reserve your hotel.

Please Note: The preferred method of payment is by credit card. On-Site Registration:

If you need to register on-site for additional personnel, the registration fee will be based on the on-site fee plus a $25.00 on-site processing fee. All on-site fees must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash. No personal checks will be accepted for any reason.

Our value packed booth marketing packages provide premium exposure and brand recognition for your company, but there are many other opportunities to increase your visibility at the 2017 MAXX Convention as well.

Trade Show Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply. If you are not looking to purchase a traditional booth exhibit space, you must purchase one exhibitor badge at $475 and sponsorship package totaling $2995 ($425 + sponsorship = $2995). Additional badges may be purchased at $425 per badge. If you have any questions regarding these restrictions, please contact Erin Bennett at ebennett@nwcua.org.

Auction

Have you always wanted to be a part of the Credit Unions for Kids Auction? Now is your chance! The Kentucky Derby is the inspirational theme for this year’s Dinner and Auction to benefit Credit Unions for Kids. We will be celebrating over 30 years of this collaborative fundraising effort in the Northwest. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 24, during the NWCUA MAXX Convention in Spokane. The entire credit union community comes together as we raise money for our six Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Curious about what to donate? We’ve had everything from gift cards to travel excursions and getaways. Basket items have contained amazing wine and cheese mixes, sports items, and more. Now is your chance to be a part of this amazing opportunity to make a difference for a sick child in need.

We are seeking items to be auctioned off during the silent and live auction on October 24. All silent auction items are displayed with signage describing the item, your company logo will be recognized here for your generous donation. Your booth number will be listed on this signage as well. All live auction items will be recognized in our printed Auction Program.

If you wish to attend the Auction–and we hope you do–tickets must be purchased separately.
