Credit unions are foundational to the Northwest economy, building financial strength in families and communities. Northwest credit unions benefit the economy and their six million member-owners in ways no other financial institutions can.
As not-for-profit cooperatives, Oregon and Washington credit unions last year delivered $528 million in direct benefits to their member-owners, provided more than 17,000 family-wage jobs and impacted the economy to the tune of $7.7 billion. Share the story!

2016 Auction Raises a Record Total
Credit unions have raised more than $150 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since Credit Unions for Kids started in the Northwest 30 years ago. A record $301,266 was raised during the annual Credit Unions for Kids auction, including a generous CO-OP Miracle Match of $10,000.
